You’ve selected a brand-new air conditioning system and you are ready to move forward with installation. So, what will you encounter at the installation appointment?
Foremost, there are a couple things you can do ahead of time to assist with the installation process. Make sure the area where the air conditioning system will be installed is clear. This includes an open path so the installers don’t experience obstacles when transporting the equipment to the final spot. This includes clearing the space of any tools, toys, sticks and leaves.
If you have pets, make sure they are in a kennel, crate or put in a separate area to be sure it’s a safe environment for the technician and your pet.
One benefit of partnering with Home Comfort Heating & Air on your air conditioning installation is that our technicians will take the time to walk you through your new system. We encourage you ask as many questions as you want throughout the installation. We understand how large of an investment this is and how important the air conditioner is to your home comfort. Once the system is installed, the technician will implement testing to make sure it’s working correctly. We’ll share all the features of your new system and include recommendations on how to reach the optimum efficiency.
While the technician will go over the features, we advocate that you take the time to look through the owner’s manual to become more familiar with your system. And place your manual in a safe place for future reference.
Our team is ready to help, whether you have questions about your air conditioner after it has been installed or you simply need to schedule routine maintenance to make sure it continues to run properly–you can count on us.
